In the latest controversy to hit the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Australian captain Steve Smith was allegedly captured on camera calling India batsman Murali Vijay a "f***ing cheat", during the Dharamsala Test.
Towards the end of the third day's play, Josh Hazlewood was caught in the slips by Murali Vijay. He claimed that the catch was clean.
The umpires, however, contacted the third umpire and the decision was overturned. By this time, Vijay was heading towards dressing room as he was to open the innings. Many members of the Indian side were also walking back, but had to return, along with Vijay.

The upset Vijay told his teammates that he had his fingers underneath the ball. And, as the Indian fielders were taking their positions again, Smith was caught on the camera allegedly saying the words "f***ing cheat".
The video of the incident has gone viral on social media.
